This book is a collaboration between Hannah Gallagher and Laura Buchanan.

Hannah is a pianist and music educator from Ramelton. Her work has always connected her to creative collaborations and young people, and she takes great joy in sharing knowledge and skills and helping reveal creative impulses in people she connects with. Laura and Hannah grew up in the northwestern corner of Ireland, sharing a love for the nature that abounds in their home area of Ramelton, Co. Donegal. In creating Wild Things, they have combined their skills in design and education to deliver an inspiring guide for those seeking to foster a closer personal connection with Ireland's nature. The stories of their chosen twelve plants that grow in the corners of our gardens and wild spaces encourage engagement with nature through learning, activities, and creative expression and bring home the value of nature as a key to lifelong friendships.
